Kelli began her career in Real Estate as the result of a less than desirable first home purchase, one that left her family living in a home requiring substantial structural repair. What began as a quest to help homeowners avoid the same outcome ended with a true passion for the Real Estate industry. She feels fortunate to include her clients among her closest friends and strives for constant communication to ensure their goals are met. Kelli believes truly understanding others’ needs, not only in real estate but in life, is a cornerstone of her business.
Experience in sales and sales management led to multiple customer service awards, one being the Service Star Award for executing a creative solution to a challenging dilemma. She thrives on resourceful problem solving when faced with adversity and welcomes the challenge head-on. Her track record of satisfied Buyers and Sellers prove Kelli is a true professional motivated by her clients’ success.
A background in Purchasing and Merchandising have given her insight into consumer motivation and design trends. She utilizes these extensively when valuing a property, staging a home to make it look its absolute best, and offering design advice for home updates. Further experience in home renovation, building, pricing, and project management make her a tremendous resource when planning to update or remodel.
In her spare time you’ll find her scheming yet another home design project; her 5 year old shares her love of painting walls and tiling, you can usually find her helping alongside with a hammer and screwdriver! Playing at the park with her daughter, playing fetch with her 1 year old Golden-doodle while trying to keep him from eating the family’s socks, travelling whenever possible, and entertaining friends and family are other favorites.
